A Holding Space Workshop
Led by Nethra Samarawickrema and Melissa Chevalier
As the summer moves into autumn, the change of seasons stirs subtle shifts within many of us, calling us to pause and reflect on our lives. As our rhythms and routines shift, the transition can feel disorienting, even unmooring. In the changing light and the shifting weather, how can we anchor ourselves and navigate the changes in our inner and outer worlds?
In this workshop, we will guide you to design rituals of transition for yourself, so you can find points of self connection and groundedness as you move through the days. We will also help you think through ways to make and participate in collective spaces that create a sense of togetherness. This workshop is one such space. Bring a cup of tea and a notebook and join us for a morning of meditation, journaling, and deep listening, where you can share your experiences of finding ways to come home to yourself as we move into the fall.
