The Holding Space:
A space that holds us. A space we co-create.
This week we will explore the following questions:
How do you understand your capacities and limits and communicate them with care? How do you say no without pushing someone away? How do you hear someone say no and receive it with ease and grace?
It can be challenging to stay connected to your yeses and maintain your boundaries in the face of pressure or demands from others or when you feel afraid of losing a relationship or a job.
While many people avoid setting boundaries out of a fear that it can cause conflict or disconnection, this session looks at setting boundaries as an affirmative practice, which protects the connection without compromising your well-being.
We will explore how you can work collaboratively with the people in your life to create solutions that are within each person’s limits so that you can deepen the intimacy you can experience together.
