Rescripting Old Patterns in Love

The Holding Space:

A space that holds us. A space we co-create.

Rescripting Old Patterns in Love

Do you find yourself repeating the same pattern in relationships? Does being love sometimes feel like Groundhog day, where you find yourself playing a similar role, even as your partners change? Would you like to get to the bottom of why this is and change the script?

The patterns that repeat in our lives often come from our unmet needs. The same pattern can show up in multiple relationships, or across different spheres of life—with family, with partners, and at work. While it can feel disempowering to experience the recurrence, there is a message in it that is yearning to be heard.

This workshop will help you understand the nature of relational patterns that repeat, so that you can identify yours and begin to listen to what it is trying to convey.
