Looking Inside: Listening for your Needs

The Holding Space:

Looking Inside: Listening for your Needs

How do you know what you truly want and need? How do you hone in on what matters to you amidst the competing voices, desires, and fears that vie for your attention? What do you do when strong feelings come up—when you get reactive and are about to make that speech you will regret, when you lurch into action and solve for the wrong problem, or feel overwhelmed and compromise on the things that matter to you?

This session will focus on building an inner container to hold the feelings and the voices inside. We will explore how you can locate your needs amidst changing circumstances that bring up a range of feelings. You will learn how you can tap into this capacity as you navigate your relationships, life choices, and work in the world.
