Find Your Yes for the New Year

Find Your Yes for the New Year

In times of transition, we stand at the threshold between what we have experienced and what we are yet to discover. At the turn of the year, many of us set intentions to change, to break out of old habits, to achieve new goals. If these goals seek to refashion the self out of a sense that something is missing or lacking within us, it can estrange us from ourselves. Actualizing a life that is truly our own is about unalienating ourselves from our needs and passions and tuning into the specificity of who we are.

This gathering will give you the space to ask what is already within you that you can bring out into the world and to share it with a community that will hear it, hold it, amplify your excitement for the life you want.

This hour-long session will include a guided reflection, a journaling exercise, and time to reflect on and voice your intentions for the year.

Registration is free and all our welcome. If you would like to make a donation, you can do so below.
